- It would be better if your artwork is ready at the time that you are placing the order. However, you may also upload your artwork after you have placed your order by sending us the files via email. The Subject of the email would be, Artwork: Order ######
Do you keep my art on file?
- Yes! We keep your artwork on file to make reordering simple and easy. If you wanted to use the previous artwork or proof without modifications needed, simply add "please use approved proof from my previous order #######". If you cannot provide your previous order #, please get in touch with one of your chat support and they will assist you get and look for it.
Where do I send my artwork?
- You may send your artwork via email at sales@customflyingdiscs.com or you may utilize the chat support that we have on our website. A representative will attend to you shortly. Please provide your order ##### and they will upload your artwork to our system.
What image file types can I upload?
- We highly recommend you send a vector-based file in EPS, AI, or PDF format. If you have a raster-based image such as PSD, PNG, or JPG, please send it in the actual size it will be imprinted on your keychain. We suggest you send the highest resolution file you have available. The highest resolution files work best.
Is it OK to use copyrighted or licensed material for my flying disc?
- We do not knowingly reproduce copyrighted material and will not accept liability for such infringement when reproducing orders. You are solely responsible for ensuring the artwork you submit does not infringe on property rights by obtaining proper permission for the reproduction of logos, trademarks, and copyrighted material.
Can I use multiple artwork designs for my flying disc order?
